We Get Letters!

I named him Buzz because it conjures up images of lots of things that relate to him.
My dictionary defines buzz as " to move quickly and busily" also as "rumor" as well as " pleasant intoxication"

I just wanted to give you a quick update on life with Buzz.

He is turning out very nice, getting the rules down pretty quick. He is so sweet and feisty. I enrolled him in a puppy socialization class at my vet's office so he can play with puppies that are disease free. It's only 3 weeks long. He would rather make friends with all the owners than the other puppies and he is very popular there.

On Tuesday evening we were doing recalls with our puppies and the instructor. She and the owner will take turns calling the puppy... on a long line. Buzz and I were 3rd to have a turn of about 15 puppies. We have been practicing a bit at home too.He came flying to me and flying to her and was held up as the picture of perfection for the rest of the class to emulate. Soon after we had to leave because Buzz was having fits every time he heard someone say "Come!" and I thought he would strangle himself trying to come to everyone!! We had already been there an hour so it was no big deal. I think we both had enough. But that's how he is, he loves to do stuff and he is very endearing. The next day, I was at the vet for Simon <my other Airedale> and the lady who runs the class told me she was impressed with how smart Buzz is.
